1. Do you offer free quotes and diagnostics?
Yes, we do offer free quotes, but for diagnostics, we charge a flat fee of $40 dollars that will go towards your repair. When you call or email us, one of our licensed professionals will contact you to discuss your problem. We will either visit your home or office, or you may drop off your computer to our office, or we may access your computer remotely to run a free diagnostic.

2. Can I get an estimate over the phone?
You can get an estimate by phone or email or in person. Just visit our Contact Us page to get a free estimate.

3. Do you offer pickup and delivery?
Yes, we can deliver products and services right to your doorstep for no charge to you within a 20 mile radius. If the pickup is beyond 20 miles radius, call us for an estimate for pickup and delivery. In certain situations, we may need to take your PC overnight for advanced repairs, installations, and troubleshooting. All pickups and deliveries are complimentary to our customers in the Greater Ohio area.

4. Do you offer remote support?
Yes. As long as you have an Internet connection, we can access your system remotely from our office to solve problems, perform software upgrades, and remove and protect against viruses and malware. We even offer 24/7 monitoring so we can respond to problems remotely as they arise.

5. Is there a warranty?
If we repair a problem and that same problem still exists, we will look at your system again and not charge you if we deem it to be the same exact problem you were having previously. Typically, hardware has a manufacturer’s warranty of anywhere from 90 days to one year.

6. What areas do you service?
We service the region of Ohio, Pennsylvania, Indiana and Michigan.

7. Do you make house calls?
Within 24 hours of your query, you will receive in-person care from an experienced IT technician who will help solve your problems, and help educate you along the way. The cost for house calls is $75 an hour with a two hour minimum.

8. Do you recycle computers?
Yes! 75% of resources and energy used by computers are consumed during manufacturing. Help reduce that energy cost by extending the life of your computer and its components. Even if a computer is unusable, the parts within may still be recycled to bring technology and tools to less fortunate individuals around the globe. Every computer thrown into a landfill or dump is a missed opportunity, and a hazard to the environment. We currently accept any and all laptops, PCs, peripherals and parts, and cell phones.

9. Will I lose my data if you repair my computer?
Not at all. Our technicians are experts in data recovery. Before any repair, they will retrieve and backup your data, rewriting it to your computer’s hard drive after repairs are complete.

10. Do you match competitors prices?
It depends. Just bring us proof of our competitor’s advertised price and we will beat it, as long as the advertised service is an exact match for the service you are requesting of us.

11. Do you support products that were not purchased from you?
Of course! We are trained to service most computers and hardware.

12. Do you offer expedited service?
Yes, if the situation calls for it, we can offer immediate emergency response, for the consideration of a rush fee.

13. How long will it take?
Our technicians will respond within 24 hours of your phone call or email to help you out. Service can take as long as a few days or as little as a few hours depending on your situation. When you call us for your free quote, we will give you a time estimate as well.
